Perdón porhacer el post en inglés la razón es que sea más fácil de leer para la producción.
No es que espere que Mr. Trump lea esto, pero si que al menos no lo subtitulen. ----------- Mr. Trump please keep Quality in your production please ----------- I don't really think The Apprentice is going down now, still, but I got that perception when I started to see this season. First it's subtitled in spanish, I got the impression maybe they don't have money to translate it, or the product don't attract enough customer to translate it. My wife didn't look it because she don't like to read, my daughter who used to see it don't see because she still can't read faster (she has 6 years) and she liked it!. When I saw in Sony channel subtitled series I always got the impression they are second category productions who don't deserve to be translated because they don't have enough public, but that is what they do and sell and they do the best they can, the true that was a reason I didn't see that channel. But if you see from another perspective this is a good idea, in such way you can save a lot of money because you have only on sign for english and spanish customers, the problem is you save spectators too!. Second, in the second episode the same mistake was made than in another apprentice season. I don't want to give you the impression I'm a perfectinist but is my personal opinion as a customer, this is a fault of respect for the customers, no body give away one hour, specially if you are focused on managers, and this prejudice your product, for example I'm not sure if I would waste some money to see previous seasons, because I think I'll see the same, why to waste that money. I think all the apprentices should take the time to see the previous seasons and DON'T repeat the same mistakes, it doesn't make sense to see episodes where the same mistakes are done and you have to learn the same lessons, the idea is to learn something different. I think this is important and is related to keep quality in the production. You could save some money from your jingle and invest in traslating the serie, so based on the previous two points you are fired ----------- A suggestion about a new direction in the apprentice ----------- The first episodes I saw, I must apologize about my comment, because I really got a bad image from Mr. Trump, after I took the time to see the whole season I found not only he was a human, else he is an smart one, and I think Martha Stewart helped some on it. But from them I got some ideas to change the angle on the production. I know is easy to give the "bright ideas" and is another thing to make them work, but anyway I'll love if you can do it and I think this can be an interesting try. Currently most of the mistakes to get fired in the apprentice are toward "Personal Mistakes", this is important we learned a lot, but the reality is different there is a group of unmanageable managers who aren't very appreciated by their employees and other business relations, but they still have the job, are respected and have big salaries, for a good reason, finally the important is to get the whole thing work, I think Mr. Trump belong to a few group of people who have the opportunity to choose between the best, other business only have one chance, and must take him as he/she is, personal affairs are important but after the hability to create money. And honestly I would like to find more Business Management concepts than "personal problems". Even if in every episode I found something different I'm going to get bored for the next apprentice season. So I present how I would like the next apprentice. First the most important for you is you still keep your advertisement exposition, and you will, instead of having a customer each episode, you have a customer all the episodes. The idea is to get the whole idea work in the reality, not only under the one day pressure. This makes more real. So every apprentice has the money to build its own business and takes one of your customers products and must build a 24 weeks projects for example. Weekly there will be an analysis of the business advancement, and every week they get a qualification, based on important criterions. at the end the one who got the higher score is the apprentice. This makes me sound something more near to the reality. How people working on different groups and projects are going to be evaluated? There is where you will see Mr. Trump wisdom, and I think the spectators will become more apprentices than ever. For example when there were the Graduated vs the NoGraduated groups, I think it was obvious under the current time pressure Graduated was going to success, this was simple a pre-declared defeat for NoGraduated, I was really interested to see the details, in my own experience I had been amazed how NoGraduated people had got a businness working some times against common logic, I saw it in my own wife. If you are interested please contactme, I can develop this concept for free ------- About MARKUS ------- In the previous season Markus was fired justly, but Mr. Trump didn't gave the correct reason, letme tell you it's not easy to be a creative person, it is not always recognized, but if you can manage it can be an advantage; I got the impression Mr. Trump don't have too much experience or patiente working with creative people, he didn't understood his problem. The problem wasn't he can't talk, the problem is this is an ability some people develop based on experience, they focus a lot on every topic and if you don't have custom on working under time pressure, that is what happens, I never got such unfortunate situation. But sometimes I must to take 5, even up to 13 minutes to switch my mind from one matter to another. The interesting about this is this an ability you develop based on experience not something your born with. If he wants I can take the time to describe more the profile creative people can have, this is very interesting. |

Ojala lo leyera pero lamentablemente, si los moderadores de este grupo, hasta el dia de la fecha no nos dan una respuesta a ciertas cuestiones que planteamos en este grupo. Vos crees que Donald Trump tenga acceso a tu carta o por lo menos que se la hagan llegar?
